Shipping policy

At Shay’s Learning Lab, I’m dedicated to getting your learning materials to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is a breakdown of my processing and shipping times:

• Custom Name Binders (includes Name Books & Preschool Learning Books): Up to 2 weeks for processing — this does not include shipping time. Each binder is personalized and made with care, so I appreciate your patience!
• Other Learning Materials: Processed and shipped within 3-10 business days (Monday-Friday).

Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping time depends on the carrier and your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Estimated delivery times are typically:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days (if available)

I currently ship within the U.S. only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Occasionally, I may offer free shipping promotions — follow me on social media to stay updated!

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. I’ll work quickly to make it right!

Important: I do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom items (like personalized binders). Please double-check your child’s name spelling and other details before submitting your order.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll need to cover the cost of reshipping.
